Qualifications

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Is a self-starter, has initiative to take on important tasks without being asked.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
• Is a team-player, passionate about outstanding customer service and selling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers entering the store and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set and strive for sales goals and track overall performance.
• Follow company policies, procedures and standards as listed in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations including tasks on lists, clean-up, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to drive sales and align with product knowledge guidelines.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and communicate needs to management.
• Attend staff meetings and training clinics to stay updated on products and store policies.
• Help safeguard company assets and assist in internal controls against fraud.
