Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and available for purchase. You will work with store teams and travel to different locations to complete merchandising tasks during peak periods or special projects.

Candidates should have access to a personal smartphone for work use and be able to communicate effectively. The role offers flexible hours and benefits for both full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliably have a personal smartphone with a data plan for work tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via the company mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a specified area or region.
