Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to join our team and represent leading brands. You will work independently across various retail venues within 90 miles, meeting deadlines and using mobile apps to review, schedule, and complete assignments.

Strong communication and organization are essential as you manage your schedule and build store-level relationships. The role features a flexible schedule with shifts between 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Background check, MVR, and drug screening required to comply with state laws.
• Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home to complete assignments.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays.
• Complete retail resets, store builds, remodels, and display repairs.
• Follow planograms (POGs) and client merchandising directives with accuracy.
• Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other display equipment.
• Capture and upload photos documenting completed work using a mobile device.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area while representing the client professionally.
• Communicate progress and issues to field services management promptly.
