Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to join our team and represent leading brands. You’ll work independently, schedule-based assignments within 90 miles, and manage timelines with strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities include installing fixtures, completing store resets, following planograms, and documenting work with photos. The role offers flexible scheduling and on-site assignments across various retail venues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, detail-oriented with good communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and a vehicle are required.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 10 feet and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home for assignments.
• Own tools: screwdriver, hex keys, box cutter, tape measure, microfiber cloth, USB drive.
• Smartphone with data plan; upload photos and follow digital work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays.
• Complete store resets, remodels, and display repairs.
• Follow planograms and client merchandising directives with accuracy.
• Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other equipment.
• Capture and upload photos documenting completed work using a mobile device.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; represent the client professionally.
