The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on guest satisfaction, teamwork, and cost control. Training and supervising crew are key duties for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work in a manager role.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Excellent written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Flexible work availability and ability to pass background checks as per local laws.

Responsibilities

• Training and supervising crew members.
• Monitoring and reinforcing food safety standards and procedures.
• Interacting with customers in a friendly, polite and professional manner.
• Executing cost control systems.
• Delegating prepping and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift.
