Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education. Post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one year in hotel/restaurant serving role.

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitors food distribution and ensures meals are presented well.
• Checks station for setup and cleanliness before/during/after shift.
• Complies with liquor regulations for serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Familiar with all menu items, preparation and service procedures.
• Totals checks, presents to guests and accepts payment.
• Assists with bussing tables.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
