GardaWorld Security is seeking a casual Response Security Officer to handle varied duties across events, patrols, and customer service in the Downtown Boston and Needham MA areas.

The role is per diem/on-call with no set schedule, requiring 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and open availability. Responsibilities include monitoring, patrolling, access control, incident response, and reporting while upholding GardaWorld standards.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass extensive screening process
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
• Strong problem solving and responsive skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to ensure security and safety
• Conduct patrols and spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
