Job summary

You will monitor patients, administer medications, educate patients, and maintain thorough records as part of a dynamic care team.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure in the state, and BLS certification; preferred BSN, ACLS, and experience in nursing or related area.

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
