Job summary

PDS Health in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering high-quality patient care. You will assist with chair-side duties, radiography, and patient education, while maintaining a clean, compliant clinical environment.

The ideal candidate has a GED or higher and an associates degree or certificate; state-specific licenses or certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED with required state certification/registration.
• Associates degree or certificate preferred; relevant dental certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for treatment with urgency.
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed.
• Prepare patients for treatment and educate them on oral health.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a compliant clinical environment.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, ADA and other safety regulations.
