Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments and handles guest issues.
• Operates cash register / POS and uses suggestive selling to boost sales.
• Verifies accuracy of guests' orders and prepares/pack food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, dining areas, restrooms and maintains safety standards.
• Unloads and stocks inventory; supports multiple workstations; maintains attendance and grooming policies.
• Responds professionally to guest needs and communicates effectively with team.
