Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Quick Lube Service Advisor to greet customers, assess service needs, and provide clear estimates. You will upsell maintenance services, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset, with a starting salary between $30,000 and $40,000 per year plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work five days, including weekends.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills for scheduling, records, and multitasking.
• Sales ability to promote additional services and promotions.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across technicians.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand service needs; provide estimates and pricing information.
• Recommend oil change options and other services based on manufacturer guidance and history.
• Refer referrals for conversion to full-service repairs at adjacent stores.
• Keep customers informed about service status and required follow-ups.
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer interactions and service records.
• Coordinate with lube technicians to relay requests and ensure timely service.
• Inform customers about promotions and loyalty programs.
