Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a General Manager in Savannah, TN to plan, implement, manage, and control all operational activities. You will oversee production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing, and financial performance while ensuring compliance with Little Caesars guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years of QSR management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with open availability. Strong customer service and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess basic math skills.
• Must have open availability (some nights and weekends will be required).
• Minimum 3 years management experience in a QSR restaurant facility.
• DRESS CODE: Business Casual or Uniform required by QSR.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations.
• Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges.
• Conversational English is a must, but bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, manage, and control all operational related activities of Little Caesars Operations.
• Oversee product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing, and financial performance.
• Ensure the facility is operated within the operational guidelines established by Little Caesars Enterprises.
