Qualifications

• Must hold an active PTA license/certification.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment per plan of care under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with patients, family, and care team to plan for short- and long-term goals.
• Administer procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, and therapeutic exercises under supervision.
• Assess progress and communicate adjustments to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Report treatment outcomes and discuss progress with the team.
