Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Arkansas to support patient-centered care under the supervision of a licensed PT. You will deliver treatment, educate patients, and participate in a collaborative healthcare team.

The role requires current licensure in the relevant state, a valid driver's license, and weekend rotation availability; CPR encouraged and ability to perform lifting and mobility tasks.

Qualifications

• Current license, registration, or certification to practice in the state.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Availability for weekend rotations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered physical therapy and adhere to the plan of care.
• Supervise physical therapy under guidance of a licensed PT and make recommendations for care adjustments.
• Instruct and assist patients with exercises, gait, ADL, transfers, safety, and prosthetic training.
• Observe, document, and report patient responses and condition changes to the supervising PT and healthcare team.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers within the scope of practice, ensuring appropriate care in diverse home settings.
