Job summary

OSPT of Cape Cod in Harwich, MA is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our energetic, PT-owned practice delivering evidence-based care to a diverse patient population. You will co-treat with licensed PTs, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, document progress, and contribute to a supportive clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Massachusetts PTA license.
• Strong orthopedic and sports medicine interest.
• Experience treating diverse caseload including pre/post-surgical rehab.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Co-treat with physical therapists to deliver hands-on care.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training.
• Document sessions and track patient progress per standards.
• Educate and motivate patients throughout rehab.
• Support a positive, high-energy, team-focused clinic culture.
• Ensure continuity of care through clear communication.
