Qualifications

• Massachusetts PTA license in good standing.
• Strong orthopedic care experience and rehab skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with therapists.

Responsibilities

• Co-treat with physical therapists to provide hands-on care.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and manual techniques.
• Document sessions, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Educate and motivate patients to stay engaged in rehab.
• Track progress and ensure continuity of care.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
