Job summary

Cal Poly Pomona is seeking a Lecturer for Psychology in Pomona, CA. The temporary faculty pool is continuously open, and teaching assignments may begin in late August through May, including Summer sessions.

Candidates should be student-centered and prepared to teach a range of psychology courses in Biological, Clinical, Developmental, and other subfields. Responsibilities include teaching assigned courses, maintaining weekly office hours, and offering courses on day, evening, and/or weekend

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
• Progress toward a Ph.D. in Psychology or related discipline.
• Ph.D. in Psychology preferred.
• Prior college/university teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned division courses in the department's curriculum and serve weekly office hours.
• Assignments may include day, evening, and/or weekend courses.
