Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Property Field Adjuster to support the Richmond, Virginia territory. The role involves inspecting sites, documenting findings, evaluating damages, and communicating with insureds, claimants, carriers, and clients.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field adjusting, holds active adjuster licenses, and can travel locally within the territory. This is a full-time position with commission potential and a bi-weekly draw.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field adjusting or related claims experience.
• Active adjuster licenses and ability to obtain additional licenses based on territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally within the assigned territory.
• Experience with residential and commercial property claims.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and field investigations for assigned claims.
• Inspect property, structures, vehicles, equipment, or accident scenes as required by assignment.
• Document damages, conditions, causation indicators, and other relevant findings.
• Evaluate loss facts and support investigation of coverage, liability, damages, or exposure.
• Prepare timely, accurate reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Travel throughout the VA territory as required.
