Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with 2 years’ experience, or 6 years of construction experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Generates and approves monthly billing and earned value reports.
• Manages project schedules for small to mid-sized projects.
• Analyzes job costs, targets and reports.
• Alerts management to project resource impacts.
• Prepares and updates budgets; reviews weekly cost summaries.
• Prepares procurement plans and procurement documents.
• Coordinates with pre-construction and project team on procurement.
• Creates material take-offs and delivery terms.
• Issues RFPs and evaluates quotations.
• Prepares field purchase orders and major purchase orders.
• Compiles monthly financial reports and supports reviews.
• Collaborates on invoicing and coding.
• Maintains as-built records and turnover process.
• Supports change order estimates and contract changes.
• Supports safety and risk management coordination.
