Job summary

Alkegen, based in Rochester, NH, is seeking a production operator to join our manufacturing team. You will perform duties that support safe, high-quality production and collaborate with crew members and internal departments to implement improvements.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, ability to operate production machinery safely, and willingness to work extended shifts, including weekends, in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, safety guidelines, and SOPs.
• Basic math and measurement skills; comfortable with computers.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and mobile equipment safely.
• Support safety initiatives and maintain housekeeping in work areas.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and effective troubleshooting throughout production.
• Work overtime as needed, including 12-hour shifts and weekends.
