Job summary

Hendrickson in Dayton, OH is seeking Production Associates to operate a work center handling composite leaf springs up to 40 lbs. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd with various workstation assignments such as Packing, Saw, Satec, Huck and Pack, Bonding Oven, and Bumper.

Responsibilities include quality checks, material handling, operating equipment, and safety adherence in a non-temperature-controlled facility. Requires a high school diploma and ability to pass screening.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required. Prior production assembly experience, 1-2 yrs. preferred
• Must pass drug and alcohol screen and remain drug free throughout employment.
• Must be able to read and write legibly.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing material to supply machines with materials.
• Perform operations following processes defined by machine procedural manual.
• Must be able to self-direct work with good time-management to meet daily productivity goals.
• Operate production machines & equipment at or above minimum standards.
• Assure correctness of raw materials and inspection of parts.
• Perform inspection on product utilizing total quality concepts.
