Job summary

Brigham City Community Hospital in Utah is seeking a Physical Therapist PRN to help patients regain strength and mobility after illness, injury, or surgery. You will assess needs, create personalized therapy plans, and work with physicians and the care team to achieve meaningful goals with compassionate care.

You will deliver evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) in good standing.
• BCLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians and care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and safe practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines for cohesive, patient-centered care and smooth transitions.
• Mentor therapy assistants or students while upholding HCA Healthcare values.
