Responsibilities

• Following Lesson Plans & Instruction: adhere to lesson plans and materials left by the absent teacher, ensure continuity in instruction, and assist students with their work.
• Managing Classroom & Lunchroom Behavior: enforce school rules and expectations in classroom and lunch periods, de-escalate minor conflicts between students.
• Supervising & Ensuring Safety: actively supervise students in classroom, transitions, and cafeteria to ensure safety.
• Maintaining a Clean & Organized Environment: keep the classroom tidy and assist with lunchroom cleanup as needed.
• Managing Student Flow: direct students to and from lunch lines, tables, and exits to prevent overcrowding.
