Job summary

The Pillars Christian Learning Centers are seeking a Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our faith-based team in a nurturing classroom setting. You will support lead teachers, implement activities, and help children thrive through engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in teaching or childcare is preferred.
• Early childhood education coursework or certification is a plus.
• Pediatric First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a nurturing classroom culture where children feel loved, valued, and supported.
• Model faith-based values and positive behavior while guiding routines and expectations.
