Momentic Studios in Santa Monica is seeking energetic fitness instructors to lead STRONG classes, guiding clients through Pilates-inspired cardio workouts, ensuring proper form and a motivating atmosphere.

You will manage client interactions, promote memberships, maintain studio upkeep, and contribute to community culture. Certifications in CPR/AED and STRONG Academy are preferred; flexible hours and competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of group fitness teaching experience.
• Reliable mobility to travel to the studio location.
• STRONG Academy certification provided by STRONG.

Responsibilities

• Deliver STRONG Pilates classes based on set schedule.
• Cue clearly, correct form, and provide personal attention.
• Know client injuries and modify as needed.
• Inspire energetic environment during classes.
• Balance teaching with lighting/music changes and timing.
• Introduce clients to the Rowformer and Bikeformer.
