BODYBAR Pilates - Chandler is seeking a dynamic instructor to lead form-focused Pilates classes using our BODYBAR method. You’ll motivate clients, provide clear cues, and ensure safety while adapting to all fitness levels.

Reporting to the Fitness Manager, you’ll help create a welcoming studio environment and deliver a standout member experience. Ideal candidates have Pilates or group fitness experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to health.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and helping others build strength.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and body movement.
• Pilates or group fitness experience preferred.
• Complete BODYBAR Instructor Training Program; tuition may apply if not yet completed.
• CPR & AED certification required.
• Instructors must provide proof of instructor liability insurance when requested.

Responsibilities

• Be a BODYBAR ambassador and bring energy to every class.
• Lead form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method for all fitness levels.
• Guide members with expert cues to keep them safe and aligned.
• Provide clear, upbeat support on modifications, policies, and promotions.
• Own your class schedule and secure subs when needed.
• Build community by engaging with members before, during, and after class.
