BODYBAR Pilates - North Scottsdale is seeking an energetic Instructor to lead dynamic Pilates classes and elevate the member experience at our boutique studio.

You will deliver BODYBAR method-based workouts, guide clients safely, and maintain a welcoming environment. CPR/AED certification and completion of BODYBAR’s Instructor Training are required, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• CPR & AED Certification is required.
• Complete BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program.
• Pilates or group fitness experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Be a true BODYBAR ambassador and bring energy to every class.
• Lead form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method.
• Guide members with expert cues to keep them safe and engaged.
• Provide clear, upbeat support on modifications and studio policies.
• Own your class schedule and secure subs for a smooth experience.
• Build community by connecting with members before, during, and after class.
