Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience teaching sports in a structured setting.

• Must attend the YMCA Coaching 101 Training within 90 days of employment.
• Must receive the CDC HEADS UP Concussion in Youth Sports certificate within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, safe, and positive experience for all participants.
• Teach progressive lessons and encourage lifetime participation in sports.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the program space during all activities.
