Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Wisconsin. In this role, you will work under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to implement individualized plans of care and assist patients with all phases of treatment.

You will document patient responses, communicate progress with the therapist and staff, and help provide high-quality care that promotes functional outcomes and supports overall rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A compassionate, team-oriented PTA
• Ability to follow a Physical Therapist's plan of care
• Good documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment
• Implement treatment programs under supervision of a PT
• Record patient conditions and responses after each visit
• Communicate with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab and facility staff
• Operate standard physical therapy equipment and maintain charts
