Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in state of practice or eligibility by exam/reciprocity.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency with computers and web-based applications.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical therapy treatments as prescribed under a licensed PT.
• Documents patient progress in daily notes and summaries.
• Maintains patient records per policies and procedures.
• Participates in staff and committee projects.
• Ensures compliance with safety, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Travels between facilities as required.
