Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements and documents PTA-assisted therapy as ordered, including patient notes and discharge planning.
• Provides PT gait and ambulation training and instruction in use of assistive devices.
• Coordinates scheduling with the team and adapts to census changes.
• Contributes to discharge planning and patient/family teaching.
