Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensed by the State of Texas or eligible to sit for exam; BLS Healthcare Provider course per RQI guidelines during orientation.
• Must be able to commute between facilities and have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision and guidance of a physical therapist, carries out each patient’s established plan of care using therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Completes documentation related to care provided and communicates with supervising therapist and team on a timely basis.
