Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Missouri locations. The role requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a current license, with NPTE completion.

We value clinicians with a year of experience and a collaborative approach to patient care. You will evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and best practices.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans with other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
