Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) in Wilton, CT to provide outpatient and sub-acute therapy. The role includes a $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus, competitive hourly pay, and a strong emphasis on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license or license eligible in CT.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and documentation compliance.
