Qualifications

• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy programs.
• Develop and update care plans with patient/family.
• Perform documentation in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as indicated.
• Communicate progress and collaborate with the care team.
• Travel to patient care assignments for Home Care as required.
