Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license or eligibility for state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure progress towards goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, manual therapy, and other modalities.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home for ongoing improvement.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and techniques in physical therapy through continuing education.
