Grant Memorial Hospital is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients within an interdisciplinary team, delivering comprehensive care and guiding rehabilitation to restore function.

The role requires current state licensure, BLS certification within 30 days, and experience supervising PTAs, students, and staff, with emphasis on accurate documentation and compliant billing.

Formación

• Current or temporary physical therapist licensure in the applicable state where services will be performed.
• Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.

Responsabilidades

• Provides coordinated and comprehensive patient care including assessment, expected outcomes, rehabilitation interventions and evaluation within an interdisciplinary team approach.
• Applies research and proven techniques to examine, diagnose, and then prevent or treat conditions that limit the body's ability to move and function.
• Oversees supervision of PTAs, Rehab Techs, students, and volunteers.
• Participates in meeting the goals and objectives of the work unit and department to support hospital goals.
• Supervises physical therapy students and volunteers; supervises therapy assistants per regulatory standards.
• Submits accurate charges for services rendered according to departmental policies utilizing the EMR.
