Job summary

StaffDNA® is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehab team in Albuquerque area. The clinician will evaluate patients, design individualized plans, and implement exercises and manual therapy to restore function and reduce pain.

Responsibilities include collaborating with doctors and therapists, monitoring progress, and documenting outcomes while ensuring compliance and patient safety. A strong focus on patient education and home programs is required.

Qualifications

• DPT degree and PT license required
• Experience with rehab patients preferred
• Excellent communication with patients and team

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Apply therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes per regulations.
