The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, FL licensure (or temporary permit), and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Florida State Physical Therapy License or temporary permit required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial assessment and evaluates physical therapy needs for assigned patients.
• Implements treatment plans and protocols aligned with current professional standards.
• Completes all required documentation for patient care and reimbursement.
• Educates patients and families, and supervises fieldwork students as assigned.
• Maintains patient care productivity as indicated by unit guidelines.
