Qualifications

• Active State Licensure in good standing.
• Experience supervising PTAs, rehab aides, or students.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to learn about their condition and history.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction by observation and listening.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust as needed.
• Teach and supervise patients in therapeutic massage and exercises.
• Maintain and record goals and progress in clinical records.
• Document regulatory and clinical information in the electronic system.
• Participate in trainings and conferences as required by the facility.
• Supervise and support physical therapist assistants and aides.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and code of conduct.
• Maintain active state licensure and engage with the health team.
