Job summary

Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA) is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team across 35+ locations in Tennessee. You will develop and execute individualized care plans, educate patients on pain sources, mobility, and prevention, and work closely with physicians and the broader therapy team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Tennessee or eligible for licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
• Passion for delivering exceptional therapy care.
• Experience collaborating with physicians and therapy colleagues to implement treatment plans.
• Ability to treat adults, athletes, adolescents, and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in creating and executing individualized care plans for each patient.
• Provide personalized treatment plans and education on causes of pain, mobility improvement and injury prevention.
• Deliver the care plan with empathy and professionalism, focusing on patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other areas of TOA, including clinic operations and extended therapy team.
• Maintain documentation for therapy treatment using TOA’s EHR/EMR systems.
• Strive for individual and organizational performance in patient outcomes and satisfaction.
