Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Exams, tests, measures, and interprets data for PT diagnosis
• Develops and modifies treatment goals and plans
• Delivers therapeutic interventions accurately and effectively
• Documents services clearly for billing and records
• Collaborates with PT staff to optimize patient care and outcomes
• Maintains licensure and adheres to scope of practice
