• Plans and implements treatment programs based on evaluations and interdisciplinary goals.
• Provides patient and family teaching to improve strength, endurance, coordination, and mobility; includes home programs.
• Adapts environment to facilitate patient progress; documents care provided.
• Works with team to assure comprehensive interdisciplinary patient programs and discharge planning.
