Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an approved school.
• Valid New Jersey license in Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver patient care within the scope of physical therapy and document interventions.
• Perform initial evaluations and treatment plans on the first session.
• Verify demographics and insurance certification prior to treatment.
• Assess patient status and adjust plans based on progress.
• Document progress notes and rehabilitation records accurately.
• Provide patient/family education on exercises and device use.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
