Responsibilities

• Performs clinic care and physical therapist duties per patient needs.
• Utilizes appropriate patient care protocol for physical, cognitive, neurological, psychosocial, and functional needs.
• Establishes physical therapy interventions based on evaluation, orders, and patient goals.
• Performs appropriate physical therapy techniques and procedures.
• Documents findings, patient progress, and procedures within established time frames.
• Submits all patient billing at the end of each day.
• Instructs patients/family in home programs.
• Demonstrates effective time management.
• Complies with quality improvement standards.
