Orlando Health Ambulatory - Outpatient Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients with impairment or disability, aiming to restore function and improve quality of life. You will develop individualized treatment plans, perform evaluations, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

This full-time position requires a Florida license, current BLS certification, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy is required.
• Maintains current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida. Temporary permit acceptable.
• Maintains current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and gathers data from patients, physicians, and the care team.
• Develops treatment plans with clear goals and implements interventions.
• Demonstrates competency with equipment and communicates its purpose to patients.
• Provides care appropriate to the patient’s age and coordinates with the care team.
• Re-evaluates and adjusts plans as needed and documents progress and outcomes.

Education
