Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy and supervised clinical internship of at least four months.
• Nebraska license to practice physical therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients of all ages and diagnoses and develop a treatment plan to maximize recovery.
• Document treatment sessions, progress, and discharge plans for compliance and billing.
• Manage caseload and coordinate with the care team to ensure quality patient care.
• Mentor students and supervise physical therapist assistants as needed.
• Attend mandatory meetings and complete competencies within set timeframes.
• Provide services in inpatient, outpatient, school settings and at events; may include weekends/holidays.
