Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Physical Therapist for a full-time role in Miles City, Montana. Join a progressive rural hospital (25-bed CAH) offering diverse inpatient, outpatient, schools, and outreach care with a relocation/sign-on package.

You will assess, treat, and educate patients, collaborate with physicians and staff, document goals, and adjust plans to optimize outcomes while enjoying a supportive team and opportunities for growth in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
• Current license from the Montana Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Ability to be licensed within the State of Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy assessment, treatment, and plan of care.
• Collaborate with health professionals to maximize patient outcomes.
• Document evaluations and treatment goals, update plans accordingly.
• Lead and guide support staff to help patients reach functional goals.
• Deliver inpatient, outpatient, school and outreach services.
• Maintain standards of care and infection control.
