Holston Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality patient care. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and work within a supportive environment that values clinical excellence and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• CPR Certification.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and PCC usage for patient records.
