Hill Valley Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care, perform assessments, and contribute to rehabilitation plans. You will work in a collaborative, inclusive setting that values clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited PT degree, a valid PT license for the state, CPR certification, and experience with EMR documentation (PCC preferred).

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
• CPR Certification.
